About Heather

For me, real estate is more than a career. It is a family legacy rooted in community, homeownership and building generational wealth.

As a native of Volusia County, I grew up watching my grandparents invest in and manage real estate. Their influence gave me an early understanding of both the rewards and responsibilities of property ownership. I began my own real estate journey as an investor and property owner before becoming a licensed Florida Realtor, giving me practical, firsthand experience that extends far beyond buying and selling homes.

Today, I help buyers, sellers and investors throughout Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and the surrounding Volusia County communities. I specialize in residential real estate, relocation, investment properties, vacation rentals and new construction. My personal experience with long-term rentals, short-term rentals, renovations, land and multistate real estate investments helps me anticipate challenges, recognize opportunities and guide my clients with confidence.

What sets me apart is my empathetic and proactive approach. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, concerns and unique circumstances. Whether I am helping a first-time buyer navigate homeownership, guiding a family relocating to Florida, preparing a property for sale or helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, I provide honest advice, thoughtful strategy and attentive communication from beginning to end.

My deep roots in the Daytona Beach area allow me to offer valuable insight into local neighborhoods, market conditions and the realities of owning property in Florida. I have also built a trusted network of local lenders, insurance professionals, inspectors, contractors and service providers. I want my clients to know they can call me before, during or long after a transaction whenever they need a reliable local connection.

My greatest inspiration is my grandmother, a trailblazer in real estate and business who taught me how property ownership can create opportunities for future generations. Her example continues to shape my commitment to advocating for homeownership, educating my clients and helping others use real estate to build long-term financial security.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. You may find us boating along Florida’s waterways, supporting our daughters’ activities or escaping to the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia. I also have a lifelong love of horticulture and a surprising ability to identify plants, which occasionally comes in handy while touring Florida homes.
