About Henrik

My journey into real estate has been a natural evolution of my passion for education, communication, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

For over 12 years, I served as a college professor, teaching animation and computer literacy. Those years in the classroom shaped the foundation of my professional life—teaching me the importance of patience, clarity, and empowering others through knowledge. I carry those same principles into real estate, helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported through every step of their buying or selling journey.

Prior to real estate, I also held leadership roles in the automotive industry at Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona Beach, where I worked as an Internet Sales Manager and Customer Experience Manager. That experience strengthened my ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and manage complex transactions with ease and care.

Today, I have the privilege of working alongside my wife, Deana Frechette, a seasoned real estate professional with more than a decade of experience. Together, we bring a balanced, client-first approach built on mutual trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to serving our local community.

We’re proud to call Ormond Beach home. When we’re not working, Deana and I enjoy spending time in our garden—where we’re reminded daily that meaningful growth takes time, attention, and care. It’s a philosophy that also defines how I approach my work with clients.
