Nancy Eddy has an extensive background in providing best-in-class real estate services as evidenced by a high level of client retention and a reputation for exceeding expectations. Nancy believes that every client is different and should be treated with respect and professionalism; and that is how she approaches every real estate transaction.
Nancy is known for her responsiveness, well-developed listening skills and tough, but fair negotiation acumen to obtain the most favorable outcome for her clients. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Nancy and her husband, Mike, had a very successful career as McDonald’s operators owning over 60 restaurants with Mike’s brother Ray Eddy. Having worked with a vast range of clients throughout her career, Nancy knows what it takes to make sure each person gets the best service and experience possible, customized to his/her individual needs.
She is very personable, and fun to work with while still getting the job done efficiently and effectively. Nancy enjoys any and all outdoor sports: golf, tennis, swimming, and cycling. She and her husband were born and raised in Chicago, but have been in Florida for over twenty years. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren!
