Joan is committed to listening to her customers’ needs and utilizes her keen business and negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. She has the experience to foresee potential problems down the road, evaluates the situation and takes action immediately. Being detail-oriented, she is excellent at controlling the transaction and keeping it on track.

Joan is a Broker Associate that specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. She is just as knowlegeable about first time home buyer programs and veteran programs as she is about 1031 exchanges and commercial leases. Joan is a state licensed Real Estate Instructor, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, an Interior Design degree and has work experience in Finance, Accounting and Computer Science. She is a member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion Auxiliary, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and actively supports various charities throughout Volusia County.

Joan was born and raised in Massachusetts and lived in New Hampshire before moving to Florida. As a Volusia County resident for over 20 years, Joan is well connected and actively involved in the community. She is happily married with six children, 10 grandchildren and two fur babies, Daisy and Ginger.
