Originally from Delaware Denise’s childhood was filled with cherished memories of vacations to warm sandy beaches & state park campsites where she developed of love of everything outdoors! So, in 1999 it was a natural transition for Denise to move to Boca Raton, Florida, where she rekindled her love of the outdoors and found her passion for real estate. Just twelve months later, Denise was awarded Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year Award, as well as several other awards for sales and customer service. Twenty years later, Denise still loves everything about Florida and still excels at real estate! Denise says, “While my job is to help customers find their dream home, I can’t help but boast about the amazing life that awaits you right outside your door!” Denise prides herself on being an avid listener and making sure her client’s needs and desires are her top priority! When Denise is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren……. you guessed it…doing anything outdoors!
