As a Florida native, and a seasoned real estate professional, Chrissy recognizes, and values, the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Chrissy has dedicated over 18 years of her life to real estate and truly loves it! Chrissy started her journey as administrator of a busy real estate office of over 200 agents. She worked her way through the ranks to Sales Manager at Geri Westfall Real Estate, overseeing 60 agents. After 18 years of helping agents build their own sustainable careers, Chrissy felt it was time to move to the sales side and take her vast knowledge to the streets! Chrissy hit the ground running taking top sales position several times during her first year in sales. She is doing what she really loves to do: focusing on helping her customers make smart investments and helping them make their dreams of home ownership a reality. Chrissy spent decades building relationships with only the best lenders and tradesman and prides herself in helping her customers maximize the value of their assets, prior to sale, and offers only the best referrals to them, after the sale. Chrissy also specializes in distressed and non owner occupied properties including but not limited to foreclosures, short sales, estate properties and second homes. Chrissy enjoys traveling with her husband and two kids, spending time her dogs and riding her bike in the Ormond area.
