Chase Upson
Building relationships is what Chase Upson is all about. He has over 12 years of experience in the business of people. From his time leading associates at Publix as an Assistant Meat Department Manager, to now in real estate. All these experiences have taught him that, “You’re only as good as the relationships you build.” His success in life has been predicated on those relationships he has worked hard to cultivate, maintain, and grow; and now he’s counting on them to help his long-term success in real estate. The most important thing you can do in sales is build the relationship, and a key to that is really listening and fully understanding an individual’s specific needs. Investing in people is his key to success. Chase is married to Nicole Upson, a teacher at Hinson Middle School in Daytona Beach. Together, they have two boys, Lucas, and Landon. Chase’s favorite thing to do is be in the woods with his two boys. He grew up in Ormond Beach and it’s the only place he has ever called home.
