Chandler Ferguson
Chandler Ferguson joins GWRE after graduating from Florida State University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Now a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, she is currently a Buyer’s agent on the Ferguson Team. Born and raised in Ormond Beach, Chandler has always been passionate about the Greater Daytona Beach area and all its wonders. Knowing this, it was an easy decision to return home after graduation and team up with her mother, Kelly Ferguson, a repeated top producer within the company. Growing up in a household with a top producer as her mother and a local attorney as her father, Chandler has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from. Chandler’s enthusiasm, ambition and forward thinking have enable her to hit the ground running in the real estate industry. People have always been drawn to her intuition, thoughtfulness and compassion, enabling her to understand and fulfill the needs of clients. In her spare time, Chandler enjoys anything outdoors, traveling, skiing or simply spending the day with her husband and dogs.
