A native to Daytona Beach, Carrie could not imagine living anywhere else! She has an in-depth understanding of the city and surrounding suburbs, and is well versed in our beaches, State Parks, schools, recreation programs and more. Carrie understands that there are many facets to the real estate transaction, and that it can be complicated and often overwhelming, even for the most seasoned Buyers & Sellers. Her priority is to ensure that her clients are comfortable and confident throughout the process. She accomplishes this by staying on top of market changes; cultivating the strongest team of inspectors, lenders and title companies for her Buyers & Sellers; and most importantly, leads with the invaluable asset that is her integrity. Prior to working with GWRE, Carrie spent 15 years in office supply sales in Volusia and Flagler Counties. She is married with 2 amazing daughters & her rescue dog, Felix. In her free time she enjoys watching her daughter‘s softball games and traveling throughout the state to discover all Florida has to offer!
