Bethany Kempf
Bethany Kempf moved from New Hampshire to the Daytona Beach area in 1999 to attend The University of Central Florida. Her background includes residential real estate, property management, and working for several area home builders with responsibilities ranging from marketing and onsite sales to managing a successful online sales team for one of the nation's top 100 builders. Bethany's knowledge and experience in the new home sales industry influenced her decision to build the dream home she shares with her family. Aside from experience, Bethany is patient, organized, and has a keen ability to listen to her buyer's and seller's needs. Bethany is also a proud partner of One Tree Planted, a nonprofit organization dedicated to global reforestation. For every home she sells, Bethany is committed to contributing a percentage of her commission to support reforestation for forest fire recovery.
